Almost all of this material has been posted at various creationism-evolution debate sites on the internet. I have found it to be quite useful for presenting the case for evolution. I think that the most interesting material on this page is found in the section on Evidence for Human and Ape Common Ancestry.

Now more than any other time in history we have an abundance of scientific evidence regarding the creation of earth. This page was designed to provide some links to very interesting information on creation, evolution and the validity of the Bible.

The Amazing Cell

The flagellum is a corkscrew-shaped, hair-like appendage attached to the cell surface, which acts like a propeller, allowing the bacterium to swim. The most interesting aspect of the flagellum  is that it is attached to—and rotated by—a tiny, electrical motor made of different kinds of protein.

 Evidence of Evolution

The Nobel Prize winning scientist Linus Pauling aptly described science as the search for truth.  Science does this by continuously comparing its theories objectively with evidence in the natural world.  When theories no longer conform to the evidence, they are modified or rejected in favor of new theories that do conform.  In other words, science constantly tries to prove its assumptions to be false and rejects implausible explanations.  In this way, scientific knowledge and understanding grow over time.  Religious explanations for the order of things are not science because they are based primarily on faith and do not subject themselves to be objectively falsified.

Evidence for Creation

Finally, the Scientists have decided enough's enough. They are sick of the sheer stupidity running rampant regarding evolution. It's simply not good Science and preaching this lie in movies and all over the media as well as in Schools is making the Scientists look bad. Sad thing is, it wasn't until MEN saw their FLESH being threatened with a bad name that anyone decided to say, "Hey! This Evolution theory is a joke! Open your eyes already! We actuall have the technology today to prove it!"

One aim of this paper is to show that contemporary contributions to this controversy are vitiated by an inadequate understanding of the relation between a cause external to a whole and the whole itself (in the broad sense of "whole" that includes sets, mereological sums, aggregates and organic unities).  The Intermediate Stages Of The Fish Eye

The page gives a sequence which starts with an eye spot, and ends with a fish eye. There are 8 other kinds of eyes (such as a fly's compound eyes) but this is the sequence leading towards human eyes.

The sequence meets the criteria we have already stated, namely:

• Some of these diagrams show eyes which exist in living creatures.
• Each step can be taken gradually, as the sum of hundreds or thousands of little changes.
• Each little change individually improves the quality of the eye.
• Very few of the changes are mutations. Most are just variations which then became the norm.

Creationist:

"The design of the human body demands the existence of a designer... The human eye could not have evolved over long periods of time, because it is absolutely useless unless it is complete. The lens, which focuses light, would be useless without the retina, which senses light. And all the light received would serve no purpose without the nerve fibers which carry signals to the brain."

Evolution strongly implies that matter came into being from nothing. 

Evolution means that there is no objective reason for matter to have the ability to evolve, but just does so anyway -- lucky for us.

Evolution means that there is no particular reason or ultimate purpose for the outcome --

Evolution means that sheer chemical and nuclear reactions can lead to everything in existence including humans that play tennis, watch TV, play poker ... .

Evolution means that very complex structures such as the human eye and inner ear can be constructed by a series of completely random though beneficial mutations.  This would seem to be beyond mathematical odds without any "need" what-so-ever being sensed driving the mutations.

Creation means that God created matter from nothing.

Creation means that a thinking designer God actually took time to personally figure out and design everything in the universe from the various sub-atomic particles to atoms, molecules, stars, planets, plants, animals, and humans. 

Creation would mean that all animals lived at the same time, and that would probably not be ecologically feasible.

Creation would mean that God can create very complex things, yet does an imperfect job and even creates living things that are so imperfect that they become extinct. 

Creation would mean that God intentionally created: mites, ticks, fleas, mosquitoes, chiggers, small pox, cock-roaches, crabs, lice, etc.  It would seem to be absurd that any intelligent God would have specifically created such creatures.
